This is the true story of an Englishman’s affection what is surely the last hidden corner of Spain; the Maestrazgo (pronounced strath-go) of Aragón.
When you look at the pictures, it is a little bit difficult to understand that we have been there. Thank you for guiding us, and your wife´s wonderful lunch packages.
Inn to inn walking. We enjoyed very much landscapes, villages, the confrontation with your history (Carlists, and the civil wars) and the loneliness.
Maestrazgo in the spring will be a favorite memory for the rest of our lives. The welcoming, friendly reception from every one we met along the way…
Travelogue. We wanted something really different this time, and found it…in the Labyrinth of Silence.

We very much enjoyed the hiking tour through the Maestrazgo last week. The weather was great and the landscapes were amazing . We saw birds, mammals and flowers we had not seen before. The folks we stayed with for the night and who provided us with dinner and breakfast where always very friendly and helpful. So in a nutshell, a trip we shall not forget.

Wonderful pictures. It took some time to download, but well worth it. When you look at the pictures, it is a little bit difficult to understand that we have been there. I think, we don´t always take time to enjoy the sceneries, because to much concentrating on walk itself?! Anyway, we now have your pictures and time to enjoy when snow starts to blow around our house.
Once again thank you for guiding us, and your wife´s wonderful lunch packages.
Very Best Regards from Umea
