Physically: Depends on the selected trip and/or the activity. In general is preferable to have a small sporty level or training. This means that any person with a normal life and good health can participate. In most cases only the desire to enjoy is necessary.

Trekking and Hiking:

  • Easy (A)
    • You would normally walk for 2 to 5 hours during the day. Easy treks are short at altitudes (less than 400 m). Experience is not necessary at this level. Anyone who is in good health can manage an easy grade.
  • Moderate (B)
    • A walking day would normally be between 4 to 7 hours long. Altitud gain is between 300 to 600 m. Experience is not necessary at this level but you need to be in good health and reasonably fit.

Cycling:

  • Easy (I)
    • Middle mountain road itineraries, with few travellers and never longer than 45 km per day. Some sections, between 3 and 6 km, may be level 2. No height changes greater than 300 m.
  • Moderate (II)
    • Middle mountain road itineraries, with few travellers and never longer than 60 km per day. Some sections may be level 3. No height changes greater than 400 m.
